I'm purely unable to write an "About Me", so just read my blog and find out.

Starting

I've have many first blogs in my saved Word Documents, but none seem... right.
So, I have landed on doing this survey from HayleyGHoover.
Ta Da:

1. What author do you own the most books by?
Jo Rowling.

2. What book do you own the most copies of?
Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (3). I really don't have much money, so I'm mostly a library girl.

3. Did it bother you that both those questions ended with prepositions?
I didn't really notice, I usually write how I talk. My teachers hate it!

4. What fictional character are you secretly in love with?
I would have to say... Alex Cheevey from my first and favorite chapter book,
Absolutely Normal Chaos by Sharon Creech. And of course, my not-so-secret fictional character I love: Ron Weasley (Harry Potter)Holden Crawfeld (Catcher and the Rye), Stanley Yelnats IV (Holes), David (Uglies Series), and others.

5. What book have you read the most times in your life (excluding picture books read to children; i.e., Goodnight Moon does not count)?
Harry Potter, 4 times? Or 5? And
Absolutely Normal Chaos at least every year since I was seven or eight?

6. What was your favorite book when you were ten years old?
Again
Absolutely Normal Chaos.

7. What is the worst book you've read in the past year?
I have heard great things about the author, but the book bored me to tears.
Field Notes from a Catastrophe: Man, Nature, and Climate Change by Elizabeth Kolbert.

8. What is the best book you've read in the past year?
THE HOUSE OF THE SPIRITS BY ISABEL ALLENDE. Please read it! You won't be sorry, I swear. You will pour your heart and soul into the characters. You will love and loath and live.

9. If you could force everyone you tagged to read one book, what would it be?
J.D. Salinger's
The Catcher and the Rye. If you love The Catcher and the Rye and read King Dork by Frank Portman, you will laugh your ass off.

10. What book would you most like to see made into a movie?
None! Well, maybe a few I doesn't contain my soul. I don't want to watch The House of the Spirits for purely that reason, even
Meryl Streep is in it (one of my favorites), I just can't.

11. What book would you least like to see made into a movie?
I would have to agree with HayleyGHoover. If
The Catcher and the Rye is made into a movie... I don't know what I would do.

12. Describe your weirdest dream involving a writer, book, or literary character.
I'm always Stargirl from...
Stargirl by Jerry Spinelli. Just chilling. Step back, right?

13. What is the most lowbrow book you've read as an adult?
Eh, not an adult!

14. What is the most difficult book you've ever read?
Erm, probably chapter 13 of
Cosmos by Carl Sagan because my english teacher made it so that if you didn't understand this one chapter, then the whole book was jibberish. There is more then just words to that chapter, let me say.

15. What is the most obscure Shakespeare play you've seen?
Really haven't seen any obscure Shakespeare plays... actually only seen one! Eek, I know! It was A Midsummers Night's Dream.

16. Do you prefer the French or the Russians?
I have no preference.

17. Roth or Updike?
Err...

18. David Sedaris or Dave Eggers?
Read neither, so again, errr...

19. Shakespeare, Milton, or Chaucer?
Shakespeare.

20. Austen or Eliot?
Austen. You. Just. Can't. No. No. Austen.

21. What is the biggest or most embarrassing gap in your reading?
I've never read
The Odyssey, but I will!

22. What is your favorite novel?
Harry Potter 1-7.

23. Play?
Spamalot, not very "la te da" is it?

24. Poem?
I'm not a huge poem person, except for Poe. Poe is my main man. Have you read
 Annabel Lee?

25. Essay?
Not a big fan of essay's, not even my own!

26. Work of nonfiction?
I have read many biographies of The Beatles, way too many.

27. Who is your favorite writer?
Jo!

28. Who is the most overrated writer alive today?
I don't care what people say, but STEPHANIE MEYER. I loved Twilight the first time I read it, but they are all just poorly written!

29. What is your desert island book?
I could never be sick of any of the Harry Potter books or
Absolutely Normal Chaos. I hate this question. Eeny, meeny, miny, moe. Yet my fingures seems to point to all of them!

30. And... what are you reading right now?
The Book Thief by Markus Zusak

Alright, first blog over. Phew. Now, that wasn't too bad.
